Annexe planning specialist
Due to NAPC being a small but mighty team, with more than one Annexe planning specialist, we thought we would use our blog page as an opportunity to learn about our Annexe planning specialist’s lives away from work. Plus sometimes it is nice to talk about something other than planning. Starting with the 2nd member to have joined NAPC, Joss Muir who is a Lead Planner for NAPC.
Education
Joss went to college locally in Cirencester before studying Geography at the University of Exeter, gaining a Bachelor of Arts degree. She then continued with her studies at the University of the West of England completing an MSc degree in Urban Planning.
Career
Post-graduation, Joss developed experience and knowledge working for private planning consultancies and local planning authorities. Joss joined the team here at NAPC in March, making December her 9th month with NAPC.
Joss not only works for NAPC but runs her own business Musthud, which celebrated its 5th birthday at the beginning of this month.
Musthud is a wonderful brand providing bibs, muslins and blankets for little ones. To check out Musthud follow this link https://musthud.com/.
Three fun facts about our Annexe planning specialist Joss:
Favourite alcoholic beverage – Prosecco
Joss can play the flute
Joss will be starting salsa dance classes in the new year
We asked Joss – What is your favourite Gilo’s order?
If you are unsure of what Gilo’s is and you’re local to Cirencester, you must get to know. Gilo’s is a restaurant just at the side of a hardware store that serves up delicious burgers, loaded fries and shawarmas.
At our offices at Watermoor Point, Gilo’s is a regular visit for many lunch breaks.
Joss’ go-to order from Gilo’s is their Chicken Shawarma.
